Our chef, Dimitris Skarmoutsos, is passionate about Greek cuisine and its riches. He began his career in the greatest restaurants in Athens, where he learned to master culinary techniques and enhance local products. He then traveled around the world, notably to France, Italy and the United States, to discover new flavors and new inspirations. He has participated in several television shows, such as MasterChef Greece, where he shared his know-how and creativity. He has also published several recipe books, including “The Greek Cuisine of Dimitris Skarmoutsos,” which received the Gourmand World Cookbook Award in 2019.
